Pokeshot///SMZ announced today that Nils Heuer is stepping down as a managing partner of the company. Nils was a co-founder of SMZ Pokeshot Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, which was taken over by Pokeshot///SMZ in early 2015. As a managing partner of Pokeshot///SMZ, he was responsible for the development of products for the Jive social business platform.
Nils was the creative mind behind SmarterPath, Pokeshot///SMZ’s successful social learning management system (LMS), and played the leading role in developing its Lotus Notes Connector for Jive.
In addition, Nils came up with the idea for the company’s new talent enablement app, which will be launched in the first quarter of next year. The business app assists with the career planning of staff members and facilitates target-setting, 360º feedback assessments (upward and downward feedback), and the tracking of employees’ professional development.
After nearly ten years of working in the Jive environment, Nils is now ready to explore new challenges in other fields. Pokeshot///SMZ regrets his departure and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
When it comes to product development matters, Pokeshot///SMZ’s clients can turn to Sandra Brückner, who was appointed chief product officer earlier this year. Sandra was named a Social Business Thought Leader in March 2014, and is also a recognized expert and opinion shaper in the area of social learning.

Hiermit gibt die Pokeshot///SMZ das Ausscheiden ihres Gesellschafters Nils Heuer bekannt. Nils Heuer war Mitbegründer der SMZ Pokeshot Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, die Anfang diesen Jahres von der Pokeshot///SMZ übernommen wurde. Als Gesellschafter der Pokeshot///SMZ war Nils Heuer für die Entwicklung von Produkten für die Jive-Plattform verantwortlich.
Nils war der kreative Kopf hinter SmarterPath, unserem erfolgreichen Social-Learning-Management-System (LMS), und maßgeblich an der Entwicklung unseres Notes-Connectors for Jive beteiligt.
Weiterhin war Nils der Ideengeber für unsere neue Talent-Enablement-App, welche wir in Q1 2016 launchen. Mit dieser Unternehmens-Anwendung für die Karriere-Planung von Mitarbeitern können u.a. Zielvereinbarungen getroffen, 360º Feedback Assessments (upward and downward feedback) durchgeführt sowie die persönliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter dargestellt werden.
Nach fast zehn Jahren im Jive-Umfeld möchte sich Nils nun neuen Herausforderungen in anderen Bereichen stellen. Wir bedauern seinen Weggang und wünschen ihm für die weitere Zukunft alles Gute.
